Adidas is making a comeback y'all. From track suits to sneakers, they're all over the blogs and the streets, and if you aren't a current owner of anything 'das... You're doing it wrong. I have a love/hate relationship with fashion and how things always seem to be "making a comeback." I mean, I had a pair of Superstars back when I was in middle school that I would wear all day everyday. If only I still fit in them... But I mean the ones I'm wearing now are a boys size 6 since I couldn't find anything else so basically I am.
Regardless, adidas has been killing it lately and I sort of love how their pieces are becoming a staple in everyone's wardrobe. The fact that their track suits are seen on the likes of the Jenner sisters yet are still the same as they were in the 90's is pretty sick. I mean my closet contains a track jacket (mind you I bought it for my Pharrell Halloween costume last year), Stan Smiths, and as of yesterday, a pair of Moonrock Yeezy Boost 350s. You wouldn't believe how shocked I was when I kept refreshing and refreshing on dozens of websites only to find that on SSENSE my order went through. God was 100% on my side, same with luck, but I like to think they are one in the same. Shoutout to my Google spreadsheet that made sure I was on top of my Yeezy game.
This bomber is one of my favorite pieces in my closet and has hardly gotten any use since I bought it off-season here in LA for my trip to New York back in March. I can't tell you how many times I got asked "Is it snowing outside?!?!" or "Is that snow on your jacket?!" whenever I wore it. Let's hope that doesn't happen here in Los Angeles... Like, at all. It's rag & bone, as well as my jeans and t-shirt in this look. It's hard to not buy anything whenever I go to the store on Melrose since I'm basically friends with the sales associates. Like I feel bad leaving without a bag in my hand, but honestly, I think that's the case for any store I go into.
