The one thing I've struggled with ever since I got my iPhone X is finding the right case. Either the cases are too bulky or too thin, or just way too expensive. I tried the official Apple ones, but those felt way too brick-like, and I have been using Peel as of late which is great, but really provides zero protection. I go out, so the last thing I want is to have a night where someone hits my phone out of my hands and it shatters. Literal worst nightmare. Well, after searching high and low, CaseApp reached out to me and wanted to send me cases and it was like they heard my prayers!
The great thing about CaseApp is that they have a ton of great prints that I'm all about. I hate cases that are just way too over the top. I get wanting to show some personality, but at the end of the day I don't want the case to be some huge statement. You can also make a custom iPhone case by uploading any photo or even just doing text (they have them for all phones, not just the X). Whatever YOU want. They have a case with the Beverly Hills Hotel Martinique wallpaper that you have seen time and time again. It's actually one of my favorite prints and the color and scale is perfect. You can find this exact case here.
Back to the case itself, I got the matte finish which I love. You can opt for a glossy finish but that usually means it'll be prone to fingerprints. It hugs the sides really well and the holes for the volume and power buttons are perfectly sized. I also really love how snug it is around the camera and is lifted so the camera isn't getting scratched when you lay it on a table. My phone also doesn't feel majorly bulky so all in all I'm a happy camper.
I also made my own custom case with one of my favorite photographs I took during my time in Spain. This was taken in Formentera and earlier this year I got it printed and framed for above my bed. I thought it would make a great case so I took advantage of CaseApp's custom IPhone cases and viola! I think it turned out really great and can't wait to use it as well. If you want to use this photo for your own custom case, please comment below or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll send you the photo as well as instructions on how to do it.
If you're in the market for a new case or just got a new phone and need protection, I really promise you'll like these.
